Our vinyl profiles have thicker walls and more chambers than most of our competitors profiles which results in stronger fusion-welded corners, increased structural rigidity and helps to resist warping and deformation.
Our operator arms are cut with patented leading edge laser technology which hardens carbon steel as it cuts for superior wear resistance. Operators and high-security multipoint lock components are firmly fastened in screw boxes and stay secured. Our exclusive screws are specially designed for vinyl for greater stability.
Intercept warm edge spacer ensures inert gas retention & clean uninterrupted sight lines for our thermal units.
